Fast Service
Normal delivery time is 3 to 5 business days with Credit Card Orders.

Shipping Costs
All orders are automatically charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50.

Plain Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain packaging.  No identifying information as to package contents is made.

Your privacy is assured.  We do not make customer records available to anyone.  We do not distribute or sell e-mail addresses.

International Orders
We will ship orders overseas.   Like all packages, they are securely sealed, wrapped and addressed.  Please allow 14 days for International orders to be delivered.  International orders must be placed by Mail Order. We do not accept International Credit Cards due to the higher level of credit card fraud associated with them.

Returns / Defective Product
In the unlikely event that a product is defective, it will be replaced free of charge with the same title ordered.  We'll even pay for the shipping to replace the item.  Other than that, there are no refunds.
